The Centre for Environment-Behaviour Studies (cE-Bs), Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam, Malaysia, the main organiser for ASEAN Conference on Environment-Behaviour Studies (AcE-Bs), organised its 4th Cenference in Hanoi on 18-21 March 2013. The conference was co-hosted by the Hanoi Architectural University (HAU), Hanoi Vietnam. The conference halal food provider, NISA Restaurant, owned by Mr Ben Taat, a Malaysian, introduced to us LUCKY Travel for all our conference participants airport transfers, travel, and tour needs. The services provided by LUCKY Travel, personally provided by its Director, Ms Ha Lien, herself was most superb. She took the extra mile to fully understand about our fully halal needs, when providing her services. We shall definitely seek her services again when we visit Hanoi in the near future.. My friends and I were in Hanoi from 11-14 May 2013. We are very lucky that we found Lucky Travel Co. Ltd. as our travel agent. We visited hanoi from 11/5-15/5 & we have a great trip there. we just so lucky to have lucky travel be our travel agent there. so, we are the lucky tourist with a lucky travel. we r lucky, the weather was so perfect for shopping, city tour & boating etc. On behalf of my friends, we would like to thank Ms. Ha Lien for a splendid job, taken care of us while in hanoi. only us know what we went through there, thanks Ha Lien. An affordable price + punctuality + halal food. but i really enjoyed/like when you are recommending/bargaining the cheaper price for us. thumbs up.. Wish u nothing but successful in your business, do not stop giving an excellent services. The tourist really need a responsible tourist guide & i think u can provide/deliver the services as were expected. All the best.

we visited hanoi from 11-14 may 2013..Ms Ha lien from lucky travel give us a very excellent services..from the hotel room which is very comfortable..we have massage chair in our room..very big room for the family..and the hospitalily is very much appreciated..my son was not feeling well, and she bring us to the hospital to take medicine and injection..this kind of unexpected situation make me fell worried because we are in the other country, but she did a good job..thanks a million for your help. Hope that your agency lucky travel will success and best of luck to you.. ***** 5 star for the services given.

Weve visited Hanoi from 16 to 22 March 2013. During our stay, we used Lucky Travel services for both city tours and Ha Long Bay trip. The tour operators served very good services to us especially in providing Halal foods and good shopping spot. Should anyone visit Hanoi, it is recommended to use their services and Ha Long Bay trip is an exciting trip not to be missed!!!

Being the first Malaysian Halal, Nisa restaurant in Hanoi. Normally,I received many visitors and tourists alike, almost everyday and some of them asking which travel agency that can serve Muslims people. Without hesitation, I always recommend luckytravel agency due to feedback given as excellent performance and care offered by proprietor and the staffs. In short,this company treat customers as family.

we had a most exciting experience with our recent tour to Hanoi, Vietnam with Lucky Travel Co., Ltd. We feel that we have paid reasonable travel fares in exchange for optimal hotel accommodation, food and services, which did make our holiday experience worthwhile.

We visited Hanoi with a friend on 4 to 11 April, 2013. we found out that Hanoi was a fast growing city with rich in its own culture in south east asia. we also went to Halong bay & it was fantastic, one could imagine the magnificent view of one of the 7 wonders of the world.
